Product Description

PTFE micropore gas and dust filtration membrane (also known as ePTFE membrane) is manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE dispersion resin through a precision process of extrusion, calendering, sintering, and biaxial stretching. This creates a three-dimensional microporous structure with billions of interconnected pores per square centimeter. The membrane is inherently hydrophobic and oleophobic, and offers an exceptional combination of high filtration efficiency, low pressure drop, broad chemical compatibility, and extreme temperature resistance from -150°C to +250°C.

The membrane can be supplied as a stand-alone film or laminated onto various base materials such as polyester, glass fiber, non-woven fabric, or needle felt. This makes it suitable for a wide range of filtration systems including baghouse filters, cartridge filters, dust collectors, and air purification equipment. Our PTFE membrane is engineered to meet the most demanding industrial and environmental standards.
